What Is IML (In-Mold Labeling)?
Unlike regular printed cups where ink sits on the surface and can scratch or fade, IML cups are made by placing a pre-printed film inside the mold before injection. The film bonds permanently with the cup wall during molding — it becomes part of the cup itself.
This means the holographic effect won’t peel, scratch, fade, or rub off, no matter how much condensation builds up or how many hands touch it. The surface stays perfectly smooth and glossy from first use to last.

A Note on IML Craftsmanship
IML cups may have a subtle seam line (approximately 1mm) where the film edges meet inside the cup. This is a normal characteristic of the in-mold labeling process and does not affect the cup’s function, durability, or food safety. The seam is barely visible once the cup is filled.
